Effects –3D Effects – Drop Shadow – 5 / –5 / 60 / 30.00 Black

Write Abstract with the Font Base5 size 48 Vector white Color in the background close the foreground Color

Convert to Raster Layer

Place Top Right

5. Duplicate the Text – Image – Resize 85% no check mark in all Layers

Place like the Example

Layers – Properties – Opacity 36 or as you like

Activate the Top Layer

Layers – Merge – Merge Down

Place like the Example

6. Edit – Copy – Deco2_knipple

Edit – Paste as a New Layer

Pick Tool X=570.00 – Y=153.00

Press M to close the Pick Tool

Blend Mode – Luminance (Legacy)

Layers – Merge – Merge All

7. Image – Add Borders 2-pixels White

Image Add Borders 2-pixels Color 1

Image Add Borders 1-pixel Color 2

Selections – Select All

Image – Add Borders 30–pixels Color 1
